USA Payroll wanted to improve customer service by providing a method for sharing documents to their clients. To achieve this goal, PilotLight developed a secure, online, client portal.

This application aggregates documents exported from their internal software on a daily basis. Once imported into the portal clients are notified of any new documents linked to their account. Documents are broken down by category and can be sorted so clients can easily find the information they are looking for.

Switching to a online method of document distribution saved time, money, and provided a better experience for their customers.
