What makes this project unique?

Reporting system with on-screen graphs and charts. Data can be filtered by company. building, and other parameters.

Notification system allows for the dispatch of technicians directly from the application. Technicians are notified via Blackberry and dispatchers are notified when the technician acknowledges the message.


ServiceTrac

Quality Elevator was a looking for a way to easily manage and track incoming support calls. They researched some off-the-shelf solutions and quickly determined that a custom application would be a better choice as the existing apps were either prohibitively expensive or didn't provide the functionality they needed.

PilotLight developed a custom Django application to meet these needs. This application provides functionality for tracking incoming support requests, dispatching technicians, managing property information, and generating reports.

The switch to ServiceTrac improved efficiency by providing a centralized location for all of their support requests.
